"The Gun" 2001

I saw this gun along the sidewalk while walking from my house up the street. I live in what is considered a rough part of San Francisco. I was nervous about noticing the gun and, being noticed taking a picture of the gun so I moved quickly to take the picture with my “point and shoot” camera. I walked away for two minutes to consider how to report what I had seen. When I returned, the gun was gone. - srj
