About Sam Dunn
Forever inquisitive, adventurous, and proud of my nearly child-like
wonderment of the world, I pour my heart into everything I do.
I'm a life-long animal lover and trainer – completely devoted
to and proud of my well behaved little dog, Napoleon. I'm an intrepid
traveler; never a "tourist," preferring out of the way
places like tiny islands in Belize
and the dirty streets of Havana
to more "traditional" destinations. I continue to practice
my Spanish and try my hand at photography... hoping one day to
be proficient in both. I've always subscribed to the notion that
if you fall on your face, at least you were moving forward at
the time.
Born in Florida and raised in the west, I moved to New York City
after graduating with my BA in English from Westminster College
in Salt Lake City, Utah. As an accomplished, meticulous writer
who sees the beauty of words as they appear on the page, as well
as their significance, graphic and production design was a natural
evolution and marriage for my eclectic and diverse talents and
passions. I went back to design school then honed my craft through
trial by fire working in high pressure New York advertising agencies
and Goldman Sachs... with no margin for error. For more professional
information, please view my resume.
